TEHRAN: Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian has confirmed the country’s resolve and unity, stating that Iran’s national flag will never be lowered despite the challenges facing the nation.
President Pezeshkian said the Iranian people remain committed to preserving the dignity and strength of their country.
He focused on that at the national flag, which he said was upheld through the lifelong efforts and sacrifices of the nation’s late leader, would continue to fly high.
“The great Iranian nation, with hearts burdened by grief but filled with hope and determination, will prove that the flag which the martyred leader Ayatollah Khamenei always struggled to keep aloft will never be lowered,” the president wrote.
The statement reflects the Iranian leadership’s message of resilience and national unity during a period of heightened tensions and uncertainty. President Pezeshkian stressed that the people of Iran remain steadfast in their commitment to safeguarding the country’s sovereignty and national identity.
