Security Forces Kill Four Fitna al Hindustan Militants in Dasht

QUETTA: Pakistani security forces killed at least four militants during an intelligence-based operation in the Dasht area of Balochistan, security sources said on Thursday.

The operation targeted suspected militants identified by the sources as members of “Fitna al Hindustan.”

Security forces launched the raid after receiving credible intelligence about the presence of militants in the area.

The militants opened fire after the forces moved in, triggering a gun battle.

Security forces returned fire and killed all four militants, the sources said.

The operation also destroyed a militant hideout that authorities said served as a base for planning, coordinating, and supporting anti-state activities.

Security personnel searched the surrounding area after the operation to ensure that no other militants or facilitators remained in the vicinity.

Officials described the operation as part of an ongoing intelligence-led campaign against militant networks operating in Balochistan.
