Security Forces Kill Four Fitna al Hindustan in Kharan

KHARAN: Security forces killed four militants of the Fitna al Hindustan during an intelligence-based operation Balochistan, officials said on Monday.

The operation was carried out in Kharan district as part of an ongoing campaign against militants. Pakistani authorities identified the dead as members of the banned Baloch Liberation Army (BLA), which also known as Fitna al Hindustan.

According to officials, the operation was based on intelligence and resulted in the killing of four suspected militants.

A search operation remained underway in the area to locate any remaining suspects.

Officials said the operation was part of continued efforts to counter militancy and maintain law and order in Balochistan.

Yesterday, security forces conducted a successful intelligence-based operation (IBO) in the Shor Parod mountain ranges of Kalat District after receiving credible intelligence regarding the presence of terrorists belonging to Fitna Al Hindustan (FAH).

Security forces planned and executed a targeted intelligence-based operation and eliminate8 terrorists.  On the same day, security forces have killed three more terrorists during an operation in the Dasht Kambela area of Mastung district.

The military media wing, ISPR, said on Saturday that security forces killed eight militants of the Fitna al Hindustan during separate intelligence-based operations that took place in Kharan and Mastung districts on June 25 and 26.

According to the ISPR, security forces launched the first operation in Kharan after receiving intelligence about the movement of suspected militants. Troops engaged the group and killed three militants. Several others were wounded, the statement said.
