ISLAMABAD: After a one-day pause, gold and silver prices declined once again in both global and local markets.
Despite the decrease, the price of gold in Pakistan remains above Rs500,000 per tola. 24-carat gold per tola decreased by Rs4,900 and is now trading at Rs501,162.
The price of 10 grams of gold dropped by Rs4,201 to Rs429,665.
Silver per tola also fell by Rs145 to Rs8,417.
In the international market, gold prices dropped by $49 per ounce and are now at $4,788.
