KARACHI: Local gold prices continued their upward trend as the price of 24-karat gold increased by Rs 1,400 per tola in the domestic market.
According to the All Pakistan Sarafa Association, the new price of 24-karat gold has reached Rs 504,862 per tola.
The price of 10 grams of gold also rose by Rs 1,200, now standing at Rs 432,837.
Silver prices also went up by Rs 110, with the new rate at Rs 8,514 per tola.
In the international market, gold prices rose by $14 per ounce, reaching $4,825.
