QUETTA : Senator Anwarul Haq Kakar has asserted that Balochistan’s problems cannot be resolved through separatism or violence, stressing instead the need for constitutional, political, administrative, and developmental approaches.
Addressing over 6,150 students from 21 different stations during the ISPR Summer Internship Program 2026, Senator Kakar delivered a comprehensive speech covering Balochistan’s history, separatist narratives, terrorism, human rights, national security, and the role of youth in shaping the province’s future.
“Violence is the primary tool of the political strategy employed by separatist and terrorist organizations in Balochistan,” Senator Kakar told the gathering of more than 6,000 students. He emphasized that terrorists must be confronted decisively and their networks completely dismantled.
The senator strongly condemned recent attacks, stating that targeting passengers on the Jaffar Express, citizens in Musakhel, and laborers in Turbat constitutes a serious violation of human rights and the fundamental right to life.
Addressing the youth directly, Senator Kakar urged them to play a constructive role in the province’s development and reject divisive narratives. He reiterated that sustainable peace in Balochistan lies in leveraging constitutional mechanisms and administrative reforms rather than resorting to violence or fragmentation.
