NCCIA issues notice to Imran Khan’s sister Noreen Niazi over anti-Army remarks and praise for Modi

ISLAMABAD: The National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA) has issued a notice to Noreen Niazi, the sister of former Prime Minister Imran Khan, over allegations of making statements against the Pakistan Armed Forces and reportedly praising Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi on social media.

In this regard, the notice was issued as part of an inquiry into content allegedly shared or circulated through digital platforms. Authorities stated that the investigation aims to determine whether any laws related to cybercrime or other applicable legal provisions were violated.

The NCCIA has directed Noreen Niazi to appear in person before the undersigned to record her statement at NCCIA Cyber Crime Regulatory Centre situated at Building C, 1st Floor Street 169, G-13/3, Islamabad on 20th July, 2026.

The NCCIA has directed Noreen Niazi to appear before the relevant authorities and provide her response regarding the allegations.
