RAWALPINDI: In a move that has captured widespread social media attention, the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) has updated the profile picture on its official X (formerly Twitter) account. This change marks the first time the display picture has been altered in over ten years.
The new imagery prominently features the titles “Marka-e-Haq” and “Banyan-um-Marsoos,” serving as a digital commemoration of the first anniversary of the military operation against India.
The update is timed to coincide with the May 10 celebrations of “Marka-e-Haq,” honoring the success of Operation Banyan-um-Marsoos.
Military analysts and social media users view this rare adjustment as a symbolic expression of Pakistan’s assertive defense posture.
The change is being interpreted as a visual manifestation of the nation’s military readiness and its celebration of historical defensive superiority.
