QALAT: The Balochistan government has appointed Ayesha Zehri as Deputy Commissioner Kalat. Ayesha Zehri has been appointed as the first female Deputy Commissioner of Kalat.
Ayesha Zehri has previously served in various administrative positions in Balochistan. She has also been appointed as Deputy Commissioner of Awaran on important responsibilities.
After assuming the new responsibility, Ayesha Zehri will be responsible for the administrative affairs of Kalat, solving public problems and implementing government initiatives.
Public circles have termed her appointment as an important step towards increasing the participation of women in the administrative sector in Balochistan.
