QUETTA: Balochistan Chief Minister Sarfraz Bugti has reaffirmed that all state institutions are united in their efforts to eliminate terrorism and maintain peace across the province.
Speaking to the media after an Apex Committee meeting in Quetta, Bugti said all attempts to undermine Balochistan’s mineral resources, development projects, and law and order would be defeated.
He described the meeting as an important step forward in the fight against terrorism, adding that terrorists are enemies of Balochistan’s peace, progress, and prosperity and would receive no leniency.
The chief minister said the state would utilize all available resources to eradicate terrorism.
He also praised the Pakistan Armed Forces, saying they remain the guarantors of the country’s security and peace, while the sacrifices of the nation’s martyrs have safeguarded Pakistan’s sovereignty and borders.
