QUETTA : A barber was shot dead in a firing incident in Quetta. According to the police , a barber was shot dead as a result of firing on the firing near Saryab Mill. The shop keeper was a resident of Rahim Yar Khan, Punjab.
The armed persons riding on a motorcycle managed to escape. The body of the targeted barber was brought to the hospital.
Earlier , four people were martyred in an remote control bomb attack in the Gulistan area of Qilla Abdullah. As many as 20 people have sustained injuries in a blast in Qila Abdullah.
The injured people are taken to the hospital. The Deputy commissioner Qilla Abdullah Riaz Khan has confirmed that four people have lost their lives in the attack so far.
The sources have told that many shops and vans were destroyed in the incident. The market is located backwards of FC fort wall.

Deputy commissioner has further noted that the militants apparently tried to destroy the wall of the fort. There was an exchange of firing between the security force and the militants. The people sustaining injuries have been taken to different hospitals.
