Hanna Urak Sanitization Operation Launched

 QUETTA: Balochistan Chief Minister Sarfraz Bugti has declared that anyone challenging the supremacy of the state will be dealt with iron hands.

Reacting to the protests regarding the Hanna Urak incident, the Chief Minister assured that all necessary measures will be taken to protect the lives and property of the local citizens, calling it the government’s top priority.

He noted that terrorists had attacked innocent civilians in Hanna Urak last night.

To restore order and address the situation, the Chief Minister announced that a security sanitization operation will be conducted in the Hanna Urak area, alongside the establishment of a new joint security checkpoint.

Additionally, a negotiation committee led by Provincial Health Minister Bakht Kakar has been formed to hold talks with the protestors.

Chief Minister Bugti emphasized that while peaceful protest is every citizen’s right, the government is committed to addressing the protestors’ grievances at all costs.

He also shared an update on the ongoing security action, confirming that three terrorists have been killed so far, while two security personnel sustained injuries.
