FIA Quetta Arrests Man for Impersonation in Recruitment Test

FIA arrests three NADRA officers for issuing fake passports

QUETTA : The Anti-Corruption Circle of the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) in Quetta has arrested a man for allegedly attempting to take a physical fitness test on behalf of another candidate during the ongoing FIA recruitment process.

 

The physical assessment, which included height and chest measurements as well as running tests, was being conducted at the Ayub Stadium Sports Complex for the posts of Sub-Inspector, Assistant Sub-Inspector, and Constable.

 

According to FIA officials, the suspect tried to impersonate the original applicant in an attempt to secure employment for him in the agency. However, officials at the verification counter detected discrepancies during the mandatory face-matching process and document verification.

 

During questioning and verification of the original Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC), the suspect admitted that he was appearing in the examination on behalf of his cousin.

 

The accused has been taken into custody, and further investigation is u

nderway.
