JHAL MAGSI: The terrorists targeted a rest house in Kotrah Bazaar in Gandawah tehsil of Jhal Magsi, Balochistan, where a powerful blast caused extensive damage to the building. In this regard, the security forces foiled this major attack.
In this sense, the sources said armed individuals launched an attack on the Kotrah Bazaar rest house, followed by a powerful explosion that reportedly destroyed the facility.
The circumstances surrounding the blast and the extent of damage were not immediately clear.
The incident triggered heightened security measures in the area as police and security personnel moved to respond to the attack.
According to initial reports, intense clashes broke out between security forces and the attackers in the Kotrah area. Security personnel reportedly launched a counter-operation against the armed men and succeeded in thwarting the attack.
