In a statement released on Saturday, the ministry detailed heavy losses suffered by the Ukrainian army across multiple front lines. According to the report, the highest casualties occurred in the areas of the “Battle Group East” and “Battle Group Center,” where more than 280 and 285 Ukrainian soldiers were reportedly killed, respectively.

The ministry’s daily casualty breakdown is as follows:

· Battle Group North: Approximately 155 soldiers killed

· Battle Group West: More than 180 soldiers killed

· Battle Group South: Over 160 soldiers killed

· Battle Group Center: More than 280 soldiers killed

· Battle Group East: Over 285 soldiers killed

The Russian Defense Ministry further stated that its air force, missile forces, artillery, and attack drones conducted strikes on Ukrainian drone assembly centers and temporary bases, including facilities hosting foreign fighters.

According to the statement, Russian forces targeted positions and infrastructure in 164 different areas, with a particular focus on facilities linked to the production and deployment of Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs).

The claims have not been independently verified, and Ukraine has not yet issued an official response to the latest figures. Both sides have previously been accused of inflating enemy casualty numbers for strategic purposes.
