QUETTA: Security forces continued their hunt for terrorists in Balochistan on Wednesday, killing 19 militants in separate intelligence-based operations, according to security officials.
The operations were conducted under Operation Radd-ul-Fitna 3 in different areas of the province.
Five terrorists were killed in an intelligence-based operation in Rodenjo Cross, Kalat.
The operation was launched after credible intelligence about the presence of terrorists in the area.
Five members of Fitna al-Hindustan (FAH) were spotted travelling in a vehicle.
They were engaged and killed, according to the security forces.
Four more terrorists were killed in a separate operation in Kunaro, Khuzdar.
The operation was launched following intelligence about the presence of militants in the area.
A firefight broke out during the operation.

An intelligence-based operation was also conducted in Surab.
Initial information indicated that 10 terrorists were killed in the operation.
The security forces said the hunt for remaining terrorists was continuing across the province.
