Iranian Foreign Minister Returns to Islamabad

Islamabad: Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi has returned to Islamabad after completing his visit to Oman.

He arrived in Islamabad from Muscat, while an Iranian delegation from Tehran has also reached Islamabad for talks.

Instead of traveling directly from Muscat to Moscow, Abbas Araghchi returned to Islamabad and is now expected to leave for Moscow later.

It is worth mentioning that a day earlier, the Iranian Foreign Minister had departed from Islamabad to Muscat after holding separate meetings with Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar, and Field Marshal Asim Munir.

He was originally scheduled to travel to Moscow from Muscat, but instead returned to Islamabad.
