KARACHI: Gold and silver prices declined in both international and domestic markets after a two-day rise.
In the global bullion market, the price of gold per ounce dropped by $43 to settle at $4,050.
Reflecting the international trend, the local Sarafa market saw the price of gold per tola decrease by 4,300 rupees to 427,436 rupees, while the price for ten grams of gold fell by 3,687 rupees to 366,457 rupees.
Similarly, the price of silver dropped, with per-tola silver decreasing by 174 rupees to 6,223 rupees and ten grams of silver declining by 149 rupees to 5,335 rupees.
