FC Balochistan hosts free medical camp in Nokundi

NOKUNDI: In a humanitarian initiative aimed at providing quality healthcare to underserved communities, the Taftan Rifles of FC Balochistan (South) organized a one-day free medical camp in the neighboring area of Kali Mengalabad near Nokundi, Chagai district.

The camp was established under the spirit of public service, with the objective of delivering timely and accessible medical facilities to the people of remote areas where health services remain limited. Expert doctors and trained medical staff conducted detailed medical examinations of a total of 295 patients during the camp. In addition to consultations, free medicines were also provided to patients on the spot.

A significant number of women, children, and elderly individuals were among the beneficiaries, who expressed their appreciation for the initiative. Many described the camp as a timely and highly useful facility, given the scarcity of healthcare resources in the region.

The success of the camp was bolstered by the active participation of volunteers from the local social organization Tehreek-e-Shu’at Chagai, who worked closely with the FC Balochistan (South) staff in managing the camp’s arrangements. Their cooperation ensured that medical services were delivered in an organized and effective manner.

Local dignitaries and residents of the area praised the welfare efforts of FC Balochistan (South), noting that free medical camps such as this serve as a blessing for communities residing in remote and backward areas. They expressed hope that such humanitarian activities would continue in the future, enabling easy access to basic health facilities for the people of the region.

The one-day camp stands as a testament to the ongoing efforts of security forces in Balochistan to engage in community welfare alongside their primary duties, fostering goodwill and addressing critical needs in the province’s far-flung areas.
