QUETTA: National karate athlete Arzoo Haider has passed away in Quetta after succumbing to injuries from a recent traffic accident.
According to family sources, she was critically injured in the incident and was receiving treatment at a private hospital, but could not survive her injuries.
Her sudden death has caused deep sorrow in the sports community.
Mina Majeed expressed grief over her passing, describing her as a talented, hardworking, and courageous athlete who achieved recognition at a young age.
He added that her contributions will always be remembered and her loss can never be filled.
