CM Sohail Afridi Meets Fazlur Rehman, Discusses Law and Order in KP

ISLAMABAD: The Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Sohail Afridi, along with a delegation, arrived at the residence of Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (F) chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman to offer condolences on the recent martyrdom of Maulana Idrees.

 

During the meeting, CM Afridi and Maulana Fazlur Rehman recited Fateha and prayed for the departed soul. The two leaders expressed deep concern over the deteriorating law and order situation in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, acknowledging the growing challenges facing the province.

 

In addition to security matters, the meeting featured detailed discussions on provincial rights, with both leaders exchanging views on constitutional and administrative issues. The talks underscored the need for unity among political forces to safeguard the interests of the province.

 

Following the discussions, Maulana Fazlur Rehman hosted a dinner in honor of the Chief Minister and his delegation. The atmosphere remained cordial, reflecting a spirit of political engagement between the two figures.
