ISLAMABAD: Saudi Ambassador to Pakistan Nawaf bin Saeed Al-Malki paid a farewell call on Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif at the Prime Minister’s House in Islamabad as he completed his diplomatic tenure in Pakistan.
The prime minister congratulated the Saudi envoy on successfully completing his diplomatic assignment and appreciated his contributions to further strengthening the deep brotherly and strategic ties between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia.
Shehbaz conveyed his best wishes and prayers for the health and well-being of Saudi King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud.
The prime minister also appreciated Saudi Arabia’s continued support and generous assistance to Pakistan. He praised Riyadh’s important role in promoting peace and stability in the region.
Ambassador Nawaf bin Saeed Al-Malki thanked the prime minister and the government of Pakistan for the warmth, cooperation and hospitality extended to him during his tenure.
He described his stay in Pakistan as a memorable and pleasant experience. He also reaffirmed his personal commitment to further strengthening relations between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia.
The prime minister wished the Saudi ambassador success in his future responsibilities.
