Oil Prices Edge Up Amid Uncertainty Over Strait of Hormuz Future

Pakistan Set for Huge Fuel Price Cut as Global Oil Prices Fall

UAE: Crude oil prices have risen slightly in the global market following uncertainty over the opening of the Strait of Hormuz.

According to media reports, oil prices rose during Monday morning trading in Asia.

Brent crude oil prices rose more than one percent to exceed $84 per barrel, while the price of US crude oil also rose more than one percent.

It should be noted that the future of the Strait of Hormuz, one of the world’s most important waterways, is still unclear.

Iran says that an agreement with Oman to determine new shipping routes is in the final stages, but the United States still has to fulfill other conditions.
