KALAT: The security forces conducted a successful intelligence-based operation (IBO) in the Shor Parod mountain ranges of Kalat District after receiving credible intelligence regarding the presence of terrorists belonging to Fitna Al Hindustan (FAH).
In this regard, the operation was launched on June 28 following confirmed intelligence reports about the movement and hideout of FAH terrorists in the remote area. Acting swiftly on the information, security forces planned and executed a targeted intelligence-based operation to eliminate the terrorist threat.
During the operation, security forces encountered the terrorists, leading to an intense exchange of fire.
In such a way, the security officials stated that the operation was carried out with precision and professionalism, resulting in the elimination of all identified terrorists without any casualties among the security forces.
The successful outcome of the operation reflects the operational preparedness and effectiveness of the forces conducting counterterrorism missions in the region.
The Shor Parod ranges, located in Kalat District, have previously been identified as difficult terrain where terrorist elements attempt to establish hideouts and carry out activities aimed at destabilizing peace and security.
They focused on that such operations are part of broader counterterrorism efforts aimed at eliminating militant threats and ensuring the safety of local communities.
