The Pakistan Army team has secured first place in the Pace Sticking Competition held at the Royal Military Academy in Britain, according to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR).
The ISPR stated that the Pakistan Military Academy (PMA) contingent achieved a clean sweep of the event, winning all major honours. The team claimed the overall first position along with the Best Pace Sticker and Best Driver awards.
A nine-member Pakistani contingent, led by Major Haider Gulzar, participated in the competition after arriving in the UK on June 5 to compete in the annual event.
A total of 16 teams from various countries’ armed forces took part in this year’s competition.
According to ISPR, the achievement reflects the high professional standards, discipline, and rigorous training of Pakistan’s armed forces.
