Security Forces Kill Six Indian-Sponsored Terrorists in Panjgur: ISPR

PANJGUR: Security forces carried out an intelligence-based operation in Panjgur district of Balochistan on June 3–4, 2026, targeting militants of the Indian proxy network “Fitna al Hindustan”.

The Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR) said in a statement that troops engaged multiple militant positions during the operation. They added that intense exchanges of fire took place.

The ISPR said six Indian-sponsored militants were killed in the operation. They described them as Indian-sponsored operatives.

Weapons, ammunition, improvised explosive devices, and a vehicle were recovered from the site. They said the militants were involved in multiple attacks in the region, the statement read.

The ISPR said follow-up sanitisation operations were underway to clear any remaining presence of militants in the area.

The statement read counter-terrorism operations under the national strategy “Azm-e-Istehkam”, approved by the Federal Apex Committee on the National Action Plan, would continue at full pace.
