KALAT: A fatal road accident near the Kalat Interchange on the Karachi-Quetta National Highway has claimed the lives of six individuals, including two women and three children.
According to police sources, a pick-up truck was traveling from Karachi to Quetta when the driver lost control of the vehicle while navigating a sharp turn due to over-speeding, causing the vehicle to overturn.
Law enforcement and rescue teams arrived at the scene shortly after the incident and shifted the bodies to the District Headquarters (DHQ) Hospital, Kalat.
Authorities stated that they are currently attempting to contact the relatives of the deceased family to hand over the bodies.
