ISLAMABAD: Bangladesh has expressed profound sorrow and solidarity with Pakistan following a devastating bomb attack in Quetta that claimed multiple innocent lives and left dozens injured.
In a statement issued on behalf of the people of Bangladesh, Tarique Rahman, the Honorable Prime Minister of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh, extended heartfelt condolences to the bereaved families and prayed for the swift recovery of the wounded.
“We are deeply saddened by the tragic bomb attack in Quetta, Pakistan, which claimed many innocent lives and left numerous others injured,” the statement read.
Rahman reiterated Bangladesh’s firm stance against terrorism, saying that his country vehemently condemns terrorism and violence in all forms. He further affirmed that Bangladesh stands in full solidarity with Pakistan during this difficult hour.
