QUETTA : Four terrorists belonging to the outlawed group Fitna al-Hindustan were killed during a targeted operation conducted by the Counter-Terrorism Department (CTD) in the Pishin district of Balochistan.
According to sources, the CTD executed an intelligence-based targeted operation in the Surkhab Camp area of Pishin. Upon the arrival of the security forces, an intense exchange of fire broke out between the personnel and the militants. As a result of the gunfight, four terrorists were neutralized on the spot.
Security forces recovered a large cache of weapons and ammunition from the possession of the deceased terrorists, which included improvised explosive devices (IEDs), rifles, and a significant quantity of live rounds.
