Wanted Khawarij Terrorist Among Four Killed in North Waziristan Operation

PESHAWAR: Security forces continue to dismantle the terror infrastructure of Indian-sponsored Fitna-al-Khawarij with precision and resolve in North Waziristan.

In the latest intelligence-based operation, security forces eliminated four Khawarij, including a high-value target identified as Jaan Mir, also known as Toor Saqib, taking the total number of Khawarij militants killed in the ongoing operation in the district to 34.

As per details, acting on a tip-off, security forces carried out an intelligence-based operation in Spinwam, during which they eliminated the high-value target Jaan Mir, along with several other FAK militants, according to security sources.

Jaan Mir was known for his expertise in suicide bombings and the use of improvised explosive devices (IEDs).

Security forces have so far killed more than 34 terrorists during the ongoing intelligence-based operation in North Waziristan. Local residents recovered multiple bodies from the area, according to sources.

Weapons and ammunition were also recovered. Reports further exposed the alleged tactics of Khawarij elements using local civilians as human shields while terrorising the population for safe passage.
