Three Killed in Swat Shooting

SARGODHA: Another incident of domestic violence has come to light in the suburbs, where a husband allegedly opened fire on his wife following a dispute over a mobile phone, leaving her seriously injured.

 

According to sources, the sad incident took place in Ghulam Hussain Colony 50 North. The accused, identified as Arif, wanted to sell his wife Shahida Parveen’s iPhone. An argument broke out when the wife refused.

 

During the heated exchange, Arif opened fire, injuring Shahida. The accused fled the scene immediately after the shooting.

 

The injured woman was shifted to a hospital in critical condition, where she is currently receiving medical treatment. Police have launched an investigation into the incident and are making efforts to arrest the accused.

Two Brothers, Child Gunned Down in Bannu Over Dispute

Two brothers and a young child were killed in a shooting incident within the limits of Bannu City Police Station, police said Sunday.

According to Express News, the accused opened fire over a personal dispute. The deceased were identified as two brothers, Zafar Ali and Adnan, along with a younger child named Haroon.

Police stated that the alleged attacker fled the scene immediately after the shooting. Raids are currently being conducted to arrest the suspect.

Further investigations are underway.
