LAHORE: The authorities have issued important guidelines for cricket fans attending the final match of Pakistan Super League (PSL) Season 11, aiming to ensure smooth entry into the stadium and to avoid congestion and inconvenience on match day.
The measures are part of a broader plan to facilitate fans, maintain traffic flow, and strengthen security arrangements during the highly anticipated final.
As per the details, spectators with tickets for gates 1-8 are advised to enter the stadium via FIFA Gate and the route passing through Gulberg College. Meanwhile, fans holding tickets for gates 9-16 will be allowed entry through Liberty Gate.
The PCB has urged all attendees to strictly follow these assigned routes to avoid delays and overcrowding at entry points.
In this regard, Hyderabad Kings’ fast bowler Mohammad Ali has been fined 10 percent of his match fee for a breach of the code of conduct during a previous match. However, officials clarified that this matter is separate and does not impact the arrangements for the final.
The PCB has made a formal appeal to cricket fans to cooperate with the authorities by arriving early and adhering to the designated entry guidelines.
With excitement building ahead of the PSL final, officials remain hopeful that these measures will contribute to a peaceful, disciplined, and enjoyable event for all attendees. The successful implementation of these guidelines is expected to ensure that the final match proceeds in an orderly manner, reflecting the spirit of the tournament and the enthusiasm of cricket fans across the country.
