Deadlock Continues on School Holidays Despite New Govt Proposal

ISLAMABAD: A standoff between government authorities and key stakeholders over the school holiday calendar continues, with no agreement yet reached despite a fresh proposal from the government.

According to official sources, the government has suggested allocating 76 days for summer vacations and 17 days for winter holidays across educational institutions. However, the proposal has failed to secure consensus among all parties involved.

Discussions remain ongoing, as stakeholders differ on the duration and scheduling of the تعطیلات. While the government maintains that its plan strikes a balance between academic requirements and seasonal conditions, disagreements persist.
