Tragic road accidents claim multiple lives

Karachi: In a series of devastating road accidents within just a few hours in the City of Lights, four people lost their lives after being crushed under heavy vehicles.

Among the deceased was 22-year-old Najibullah, a resident of Sohrab Goth, who worked as a delivery person supplying goods to shops.

Additionally, a young girl was killed after coming under the wheels of a speeding dumper truck.

In a separate incident in the Chiniot area on Jhang Road, a horrific collision between two passenger buses resulted in at least 18 people sustaining injuries.

The wounded were immediately shifted to the District Headquarters Hospital for urgent medical treatment.

These back-to-back tragedies highlight the ongoing dangers of reckless driving, speeding heavy vehicles, and poor road safety measures in the region.

Authorities have yet to release further details on the causes or any arrests, but rescue teams and police responded swiftly to the scenes.

Road accidents continue to be a major concern in Pakistan, with Karachi frequently reporting high numbers of fatalities from vehicle-related incidents.

Officials urge drivers to exercise caution and adhere to traffic rules to prevent such heartbreaking losses.
