DOHA: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif strongly condemned Israel’s attack on Qatar, calling it a deliberate attempt to derail peace efforts.
Addressing the Arab-Islamic emergency meeting in Doha, he expressed Pakistan’s full solidarity with Qatar and said that Israel’s assault has delivered a severe blow to ongoing peace initiatives.
The Prime Minister stated that Israel continues the genocide of Palestinians in Gaza and urged an immediate end to Israeli aggression, emphasizing that humanity is suffering there.
He insisted that Israel must be held accountable for crimes against humanity. In this context, he proposed the creation of an Arab-Islamic Task Force to counter Israeli aggression and called for the suspension of Israel’s membership in the United Nations.
Earlier, during a meeting with Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, Shehbaz Sharif described Israel’s actions as a deliberate effort to sabotage Middle East peace.
He praised the Crown Prince’s leadership and commended his role in uniting the Muslim Ummah at a critical time, assuring him of Pakistan’s full diplomatic support.
The Prime Minister said the Doha meeting is proof that the Muslim world stands united against Israeli aggression.
It is worth mentioning that Israel had launch an attack on Qatar’s capital , Doha last week during a meeting of Hamas leadership which caused an outrageous response from the Islamic world.

Israel’s unjustified act set another example of Thuggery, hostility and blatant violation of international laws leading the middle east region to a new strain.
