KHUZDAR: As many as eight people, including women and children were injured in a traffic accident on the National Highway near Jinnah Cantt Depot in Khuzdar district of Balochistan.
According to details, the accident occurred when a passenger van coming from Wadh to Khuzdar collided with a truck. Emergency services, including Edhi Ambulance, quickly arrived at the scene and shifted the injured to nearby hospital for medical treatment.
Among the injured was an Afghan national who suffered a serious head injury and was found unconscious. After initial treatment at the Khuzdar trauma center, he was referred to the Khuzdar Teaching Hospital for further medical treatment.
The remaining injured passengers were treated and discharged after receiving medical aid.
