ISLAMABAD: The Meteorological Department has predicted hot and dry weather for most parts of the country during the next 24 hours.
According to the meteorological department, the weather of Balochistan is likely to be hot and dry in most districts of the province, while it is likely to be extremely hot in the plains.
Dusty winds are expected during this time. Light to moderate rain with strong winds and thundershowers is received at a few places in Zhob, Musikhel, Barkhan, and Garndwah during the evening/night hours.
Meanwhile, upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Gilgit-Baltistan, Kashmir, and adjoining hilly regions are expected to remain partly cloudy, with scattered rain, strong winds, and thundershowers at a few places.
Further, the weather is expected to remain dry in most districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. However, light to moderate rain, along with gusty winds and thundershowers, is likely in Dir, Swat, Malakand, Shangla, Kohistan, Battagram, Mansehra, Abbottabad, Peshawar, Kohat, Kurram, and surrounding areas.
On the other hand, most districts of Punjab are expected to remain hot and dry. However, light to moderate rain with strong winds and thundershowers is likely in Mianwali, Bhakkar, Jhang, Sahiwal, Pakpattan, Okara, Khanewal, Multan, Bahawalpur, Bahawalnagar, and nearby areas.

The weather is likely to remain hot and dry in Islamabad and its surrounding areas, with partly cloudy conditions expected during the day.
The weather is likely to remain hot and dry with strong winds in most districts of Sindh.
Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan are expected to remain partly cloudy with the possibility of rain at a few places along with strong winds and thundershowers.
