KARACHI: Three women traveling to Saudi Arabia on Umrah visas were offloaded at Karachi’s airport after raising suspicion during immigration clearance, according to Pakistan’s Federal Investigation Agency (FIA).
The action was taken by FIA Immigration under the directives of the Director of FIA Karachi Zone and the supervision of the Deputy Director of Immigration Karachi.
The women were identified as Muskan, Nasreen Nadeem, and Sawera. All three were traveling on Pakistani passports with Umrah visas.
During immigration processing, officials referred them for further questioning and verification.
In the initial investigation, Muskan alleged that her husband had previously arranged clients for her in various parts of Sindh for alleged immoral activities.
Authorities are continuing the investigation.
