Terrorists Staged Dhadar Blast for Social Media Propaganda to Spread Panic

DHADAR : A time bomb exploded at the gate of the Irrigation Department office in Dhadar on Monday, causing partial damage to the office gate, police officials confirmed.

According to police sources, the attack was carried out by elements associated with Fitnaul Hindustan, a foreign-funded proxy group allegedly working on the behest of hostile external agencies to spread chaos among the general public. Sources further revealed that the primary objective behind such indiscriminate attacks is not military or strategic but deliberately aimed at civilians – to create fear, instability, and social media content.

“These acts are being carried out indiscriminately against ordinary citizens. The attackers receive external funding and money specifically to produce videos and content for social media propaganda,” police sources said. The sources emphasized that soft targets – including labourers, passersby, and civilians going about their daily routines – are being deliberately chosen to paint a picture of state insecurity and to incite fear among the population.

SHO Dhadar Police confirmed that police and security forces have cordoned off the area and collected evidence from the blast site. “A thorough investigation has been initiated. We are working to identify those responsible for this cowardly act,” the SHO stated.

The blast, which occurred at the gate of the Irrigation Department office, caused partial damage to the structure. Fortunately, no casualties have been reported so far. Security forces have launched a search operation in the area to trace the perpetrators.
