ISLAMABAD: The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has issued a new fee structure for various identity documents and registration-related services for citizens.
Under the new fee schedule, separate charges have been set for different services under Normal, Urgent, and Executive categories.
The fee details issued by NADRA are intended to provide citizens with accurate information about the charges payable when obtaining or renewing identity documents, helping them avoid any difficulties when submitting their applications.
B-Form and Juvenile Card
The normal fee for the B-Form, officially known as the Child Registration Certificate (CRC), has been set at Rs50. The urgent category is not available for this service, while the executive service fee is Rs500.
Similarly, the fee for obtaining a Juvenile Card has been set at Rs750 for normal service, Rs1,500 for urgent service, and Rs2,500 for executive service.
National Identity Card Fees
NADRA has also set different fees for citizens applying for a National Identity Card (CNIC) under various service categories.
According to NADRA, obtaining a CNIC for the first time through the normal service is free of charge.
However, citizens who want to obtain their first CNIC on an urgent basis will have to pay Rs1,150, while the executive category carries a fee of Rs2,150.
For a Smart National Identity Card, the normal service fee is Rs750, the urgent service fee is Rs1,500, and the executive service fee is Rs2,500.
NICOP Fees for Overseas Pakistanis
For overseas Pakistanis, the fee for the National Identity Card for Overseas Pakistanis (NICOP) varies according to different geographical zones.
For Zone A, which includes the United States, Europe and Australia, the NICOP fee is $39 for normal service, $57 for urgent service, and $75 for executive service.
For Zone B, which includes the Middle East, Africa and other Asian countries, the normal fee is $20, the urgent fee is $30, and the executive service fee is $40.
Pakistan Origin Card (POC)
Different fees have also been set for the Pakistan Origin Card (POC) issued to foreign nationals or people of Pakistani origin.
According to NADRA’s fee structure, the normal service fee for a POC is $150, while the urgent service costs $200 and the executive category costs $250.

NADRA has advised citizens to check the latest fee for the relevant service before applying for identity documents, as the amount payable may vary depending on the service and category selected.
