KHUZDAR: The district administration of Khuzdar has issued a notification regarding new operating hours for all commercial centers in response to security considerations.
According to the announcement from the Deputy Commissioner’s office, this temporary precautionary measure has been implemented to protect the lives and property of the public and the business community.
Under the new directive, all markets, shops, hotels, and other commercial establishments across the Khuzdar district will remain closed daily from 8:00 PM to 10:00 AM.
This order takes effect immediately and will remain in force until further notice.
The notification specifies that healthcare facilities, including pharmacies, medical stores, and private hospitals, are exempt from this restriction due to their essential nature.
The Khuzdar district administration has directed assistant commissioners, magistrates, and the police to strictly ensure compliance within their respective jurisdictions.
Additionally, the administration has appealed to the business community and the general public to cooperate in order to minimize potential security risks and safeguard citizen safety.
Authorities noted that adjustments to this order will be considered following ongoing reviews of the security situation.
