The reports, citing unnamed sources, suggested that prison authorities and PTI Chairman Barrister Gohar Ali Khan had been informed of the request and that Bushra Bibi had raised the matter during a previous family visit.
The reports quickly gained traction across television broadcasts and social media platforms, prompting questions about whether such a meeting had been formally requested or arranged.

“I have neither received any such message nor conveyed any message indicating that Khan Sahib or Bushra Bibi wished to meet Barrister Saif,” Barrister Gohar said while rejecting the report broadcast by ARY News.
No documentary evidence, official prison communication, court filing, or statement from Imran Khan’s legal team has been presented to substantiate the claim.
Meanwhile, prison sources confirmed a separate development: Imran Khan recently met his wife, Bushra Bibi, at Adiala Jail in a meeting that reportedly lasted around 50 minutes. However, no official account of that meeting has indicated that a request for a meeting with Barrister Saif was made.
