ISLAMABAD — Pakistan’s Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir has departed on an official visit to Iran, according to high-level security sources.
During his stay in Tehran, the Field Marshal is scheduled to hold critical discussions focusing on the ongoing Iran-United States dialogue, regional peace initiatives, and other matters of mutual strategic interest.
Security sources further confirmed that the Field Marshal will meet with top Iranian leadership and high-ranking dignitaries during the visit to strengthen bilateral ties and address shared security concerns.
