In India, the Cockroach Janata Party raised the flag of rebellion against the Modi government

The Cockroach Janata Party, a recently formed organization in India, has announced plans to launch public protests against the government of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, while simultaneously facing a fresh legal challenge that has reached the country’s Supreme Court.

The founder of the Cockroach Janata Party stated that the movement is preparing to take its campaign to the streets. He said he intends to return to India and join party members in demanding the resignation of the country’s Education Minister.

The party founder also called on young people across India to participate in a peaceful demonstration in New Delhi. He claimed that nearly 800,000 students have signed a petition seeking the resignation of the Education Minister.

Meanwhile, the organization has become embroiled in a new legal dispute. Indian media reported that the matter surrounding the establishment of the Cockroach Janata Party has now reached the Supreme Court of India, where a petition has been filed seeking legal action against the group.

The petition alleges that the organization has misused and commercially exploited remarks reportedly made during judicial proceedings. It further calls for an independent investigation, preferably by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), into allegations concerning fake lawyers and fraudulent academic degrees within the legal profession.

The controversy stems from remarks allegedly made by Justice Surya Kant during a court hearing. According to reports, the judge used terms such as “cockroaches” and “parasites” while referring to unemployed youth.

The comments created criticism and debate on social media, prompting a group of young people to establish the Cockroach Janata Party as a form of protest and political expression.

Since its formation, the organization has attracted attention from both supporters and critics, becoming a symbol of youth frustration over issues related to employment, education, and public representation.

However, the latest legal developments have added a new dimension to the controversy, raising questions about the party’s activities and its use of judicial remarks in public campaigns.
