Open court held in Noshki to address public concerns

NOSHKI: The district administration of Noshki organized an open court (Khuli Kacheri) in Union Council Mull, drawing an important participation from district officers, elected representatives, tribal elders, and citizens. 

The session was held at Killi Rustam Mull School and aimed to address key concerns of the residents of Union Councils Mull, Kuchki, and Sarmull. Assistant Commissioner Ahmed Yar Siyapad, Additional Deputy Commissioner Revenue Muhammad Jan Jamaldini, Colonel Bilal, PHED Executive Engineer Akram Kakar, B&R Building Executive Engineer Zahoor Ahmed Siyapad, Education Officers Murad Ali Khan Badini and Muhammad Ibrahim, Deputy DHO Dr. Mushtaq Mengal, Livestock Deputy Director Dr. Muhammad Yaqoob Lango, and various other departmental officials were present. 

Furthermore, there were major concerns raised by the residents, including prolonged electricity load-shedding limited to just three hours of two-phase supply daily, affecting drinking water availability due to inactive tube wells. 

In this case, local representatives, including District Member Haji Muhammad Murad Badini, Chairman Haji Manzoor Ahmed Gorgij, Chairman Prince Hafeez Makki, former UC Nazim Mir Ismail Badini, and PPP leader Hafiz Ghulam Muhammad Shakir, voiced the issues both verbally and in writing.

Despite the challenges, the open court indicated the proactive and responsive attitude of the district administration. However, officials assured quick action and policy-level follow-up. In such a scenario, events like these demonstrate Balochistan’s ongoing progress toward participatory governance and public service delivery, showcasing the province’s potential for a brighter, inclusive future.
