Nushki observes Youm-e-Tashakur, pays tribute to armed forces

NUSHK: As part of the nationwide observance of Youm-e-Tashakur today to mark Pakistan’s historic victory against India, a special ceremony was held in Nushki under the direction of the district administration.

The event took place at the Deputy Commissioner’s House, where a flag-hoisting ceremony was organized with full patriotic spirit. The national flag was hoisted by Chairman Municipal Committee Mir Yasir Hayat Jamaldini, Assistant Commissioner Nushki Ahmed Yar, and DSP Nushki Muhammad Rafiq Smalani.

A smartly turned-out contingent of Nushki Police presented a salute to the national flag, showcasing discipline and pride.

The ceremony was attended by a wide array of notable personalities, including Education Officers Murad Ali Khan Badini and Muhammad Ibrahim Badini, District Member Haji Muhammad Murad Badini, Chairman Union Council Sarmal Haji Manzoor Ahmed, provincial leader of Jamaat-e-Islami Hafiz Mati-ur-Rehman Mengal, Master Muhammad Younus Badini, Mir Azmatullah Badini, and several other political, social figures, government officials, and employees.

In connection with Day of Gratitute, a Quran recitation and special prayer session were also held at the DC Office Mosque. Prayers were offered for the peace, security, and prosperity of the nation, as well as for the elevation of the ranks of the martyrs who laid down their lives for the country.
