ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif said that Pakistan knows how to respond to aggression, and Operation Bunyan-um-Marsoos is clear proof of that.
In a statement, the prime minister expressed deep grief over the martyrdom of 40 innocent citizens, including women and children, due to India’s aggression. He prayed for the elevation of the martyrs’ ranks and patience for their families.
“The martyrs of the nation will never be forgotten,” he said. He also confirmed that a special package for the martyrs had already been announced, and the state will fully support their families. “We will not leave them alone,” he vowed.
Referring to the retaliatory military action, PM Shehbaz stated that Operation Bunyan-um-Marsoos proved Pakistan knows how to respond.
“India has now realized that it must respect the sovereignty and territorial integrity of regional nations,” he added.

He praised the Pakistan Armed Forces for shattering India’s belief in its numerical superiority. “We are a peaceful nation, but we know how to respond to any act of aggression. Operation Bunyan-um-Marsoos is undeniable proof,” he concluded.
