DERA BUGTI: There are hundreds of citizens in Dera Bugti who took to the streets to protest against India’s recent hostile actions towards Pakistan. Under the leadership of tribal elder Muhammad Bakhsh Mondrani, the people of Sui, young, old, and even children, raised their voices in a rally that echoed the spirit and resilience of Balochistan.
The protesters were holding banners and chanting powerful slogans, condemning India’s water aggression and blatant violations of the Indus Waters Treaty.
The passionate slogans were “Down with India,” “No to Indian Water Terrorism,” “No to the Violation of Indus Waters Treaty,” “Long Live Pakistan Army,” and “Long Live Pakistan.”

Furthermore, the protest comes at a crucial time when India, following the Pahalgam attack, suspended its participation in the Indus Waters Treaty without providing any credible evidence against Pakistan.
Despite the baseless accusations, India has attempted to build a narrative to justify its aggressive actions, yet the international community remains skeptical of the lack of proof.
So far, Balochistan’s demonstration in Dera Bugti sends a clear message: the people of Pakistan stand united and aware.
Moreover, the protest also focused on a positive development in Balochistan. For years, the province has been wrongly portrayed by some external forces as disconnected from the national mainstream.
Simultaneously, the unity among the Baloch tribes, Bugti, Marri, Raisani, Tareen, and others, was visible.
This protest is not only a message to India but also a reminder to the world that Balochistan remains an integral and vibrant part of Pakistan.
Meanwhile, India continues to escalate tensions without evidence, and Pakistan’s citizens are standing strong, united, and ready to safeguard their homeland.
