Military foils multiple BLA attacks, strikes back in IBOs across Balochistan

DASHT: The coordinated terrorist attacks carried out by the banned terrorist organization Baloch Liberation Army (BLA), the Pakistan Army launched a series of targeted operations in various regions of Balochistan, eliminating key militant hideouts and stressing the state’s constant commitment to combating terrorism.

According to official sources, the BLA, a proscribed terrorist organization funded and supported by hostile foreign elements, attempted to target security forces in four separate attacks in the areas of Dasht, Naseerabad, Turbat, and Noshki over the Past 48 hours.

These acts of violence were part of a broader effort by the BLA, reportedly sponsored by Indian intelligence agencies, to destabilize Pakistan through insurgent activities in the Balochistan province.

Furthermore, the Pakistan Army, in response to these provocations, conducted a high level of intelligence-based operations (IBOs), particularly focusing on militant strongholds in Dasht and Naseerabad.

In this sense, military officials confirmed that several BLA operatives were neutralized during the operations, and critical infrastructure used by the terrorists, including weapons depots and communication posts, was destroyed.

Moreover, the BLA’s desperation to regain relevance through acts of terror underlines the failure of their campaign, which lacks public support and is driven by foreign interests.

Additionally, security officials further focused on operations in Dasht and Naseerabad were carried out after receiving credible intelligence regarding the presence of high-value BLA operatives.

So far, a large consignment of arms and ammunition has been recovered from the hideouts, further indicating the extent of the group’s preparations and the external support it receives.

The Pakistani nation, meanwhile, continues to stand in solidarity with its armed forces, who remain on high alert and are determined to root out terrorism in all its forms.
