In a successful intelligence-based operation, security forces eliminated two Khwarij affiliated with the Tehrik-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) in the Maddi area of Dera Ismail Khan. The operation was conducted by the Security forces.
The militants, identified as Huzaifa alias Duma Fouji and Kamran alias Mota, were members of the TTP’s Zarar Gandapur group and linked to the faction known as Fitna-al-Khawarij. Both were involved in terrorist activities aimed at destabilising the region.
Security officials reaffirmed their commitment to continuing targeted operations against elements threatening peace and security.
